At The Oracle G Healing Apothecary, every product is created with intention, care, and divine purpose. Because our offerings include handcrafted teas, tinctures, and ritual tools—many of which are made-to-order or for internal use—we do not accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
Eligible Returns:
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a replacement or store credit, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
- Opened tea or tincture products
- Custom ritual kits
- Digital downloads
- Sale items or gift cards
